1. Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. KaroGerman may also use local storage, secure device storage, and cached application data for authentication, preferences, offline learning, and security.
2. Essential storage
Essential storage is used to:
- Keep you signed in and refresh an authenticated session
- Protect student, tutor, and administrator routes
- Preserve security, consent, and request-integrity information
- Remember necessary interface or application preferences
- Support offline-safe learning data in the Android application
3. Optional analytics and advertising
KaroGerman does not currently use optional advertising cookies. Optional analytics or marketing storage must remain disabled until the relevant tool is configured and, where required, you have been given a consent choice.
4. Provider storage
Authentication, payment, classroom, video, and embedded-service providers may set strictly necessary storage when you use their feature. Their privacy information may also apply to the data they handle as a separate provider.
5. Your controls
You can block or clear cookies through browser or device settings. Blocking essential storage will prevent login and other protected features from working. Clearing application storage may remove offline content, preferences, or an active session.
6. Changes and contact
This page will be updated before a new optional-cookie category is enabled. Questions can be sent to privacy@karogerman.com.
Send the page name and your question to hello@karogerman.com. Do not include passwords, card information, or private documents in ordinary email.
